Book your first visit online
Visit our booking site to schedule your first appointment to establish care with our clinicians virtually. This allows our staff to spend more time getting to know you and your medical history without a rush.
Complete your intake forms
Electronic patient paperwork that includes questions about demographic information, insurance, medical history and consents will be sent to you immediately upon booking your visit. Estimated completion time: 5 minutes​
Have your first visit with our doctors
During this visit our staff will thoroughly review your medical history, discuss any risk factors and review any concerns you may have.
Discuss next steps
Lab orders, imaging and referrals will be placed if applicable and sent to you via the patient portal. Zara Medical has an established network of conveniently located lab centers, imaging places and specialists.
Annual Physical Exam
An annual preventive physical exam includes a review of medical history, a physical examination using your at-home physical kit that includes a weight scale, blood pressure cuff and pulse oximeter.
Virtual visits in between
During this visit our clinicians will thoroughly review your medical history, discuss any risk factors and review any concerns you may have.
